Our first step is to assess and discuss your English training requirements. Perhaps you or your staff need to work on their customer support skills. Here we can focus on oral, comprehension,and typical conversation used in this situation. Or perhaps your sales team is looking for role playing opportunities and sales presentations jargon.

Every organization has people of different levels of English competency and requirements. We aim to customize a programme that meets your specific needs today but also grows and changes with you. As your requirements change, out teacher will modify and supplement the curriculum to meet your changing requirements.

Generally, the process is as follows:

* Do a needs analysis to identify the key areas.

* Once we've identified your needs, we will construct a programme including content, schedule, medium of instruction, and objectives.

* Scope the size of the group as this may alter the curriculum strategy.

* Determine the delivery mode. You may require 100% onsite during lunch time, for example. Or perhaps a blended model of half on site, half online via our live virtual classroom better meets your needs.
